How fast do you ship?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days from Norwood, MA. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order leaves our facility.
What’s the return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window on standard consumer purchases. Items must be in resellable condition with all parts. Email service@microncorp.com for an RMA.
Is there a warranty?
Yes—both products include a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Contact service@microncorp.com with your order number for support.
Is RODAR® II silent? Will pets hear it?
RODAR® emits ultrasonic sound outside typical human hearing. Some small animals (e.g., pet rodents) may be sensitive; avoid placing the unit near them. Dogs and cats are generally unaffected.
Does EnergAire use replaceable filters?
No disposable filters. EnergAire uses active purification—just periodic cleaning per the manual (no filter subscriptions necessary).
What power options do you offer?
Standard US 110–120 V models are stocked. A 220–240 V model is available—contact us if you need the international version or a non-US plug.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the U.S and Canada via our store. For international orders, contact us and we’ll help, email sales@microncorp.com and we’ll assist with options.
